Your Stor-E Book Guidelines:
This program best suits a group where each participant contributes a page of writing and illustration. Maximum is 24 of these pages
with a suggested minimum of 8 pages.
1. Work must be original.
2. Work must be your best ~ editing and 2nd (or 3rd!) drafts encouraged.
3. Laurie’s Stories chooses not to publish anything violent
including the use of guns (except for maybe a rare exception in context of a story). And no profanity (that’s bad language), of course.
4. Work should be clear and legible; pictures work best on unlined paper
& pencil generally does not show up well but eraser marks sure do!
5. We are publishing children/youth only
through help by a parent, librarian, or teacher.
6. Take clean, digital pictures or scans of completed work.
7. Send us your jpegs from the pictures or scans and we will make a pdf.
8. A series of jpegs can be sent e mail or on a disc snail mail.
9. Have your children read their pages for video book narration
and send this as an mp3 file.
We are prepared to provide the narration FOR you!!
We can have Laurie Story or 9 yr old Jeremiah provide narration from here.
10. If you need to send your book in paper format, snail mail it and we'll take the pictures. If you want it returned, you MUST include a SASE (that's a self addressed stamped envelope) and we'll mail it back to you.

The nominal cost for this e book production & publication service is $50 for digital processing (all work sent in jpgs e mail or disc) or $100 for paper processing.
